Hi, I’m Crimson!
Over the past decade I’ve spent a good chunk of change (enough to cover a fancy college degree) on countless business coaches, programs, and trainings. And ironically before that, I actually did pay for (multiple) college degrees in Advertising and PR, Marketing, and Visual Art.
After graduating in the early aughts, I worked in design, branding, and art direction for countless corporate clients in NYC and LA. I then took that wisdom to put towards my own passion projects, eventually opening my first brick and mortar business in Austin, Texas in 2017.
I share all this to let you know that I’ve been around the block and not just invested but steeped in this work for over 2 decades. And I’ve learned what works, what is bullshit, and where my strengths lie. Which is branding, marketing, and messaging. And here’s what I can tell you: these things can make or break your business because no one wins when You’re the best kept secret in Your industry.
Here’s what I can also tell you: there is so much noise out there from people who have never been in the trenches themselves, and so much of it is based in old-paradigm gross bro strategy. Which I admittedly have fallen for in moments of weakness! And I’m glad I did, because I can now state with confidence…
