Here is how to prepare for our descent:

  • Create privacy so you will not be disturbed

  • Gather a candle + source of fire along with a journal + pen

  • Option to use divinatory tools such as tarot or oracle if that is within your practice

  • Open space on your floor or bed for movement

  • Wear an outfit and adornment that evokes your sensual self and is comfortable for movement (see some ideas here.)

  • Also have handy a blindfold or eye covering
